The Queen’s Jubilee outfits have been nothing short of iconic. Coveted for their timeless style, Her Majesty’s outfits from her Silver, Golden and Diamond Jubilees will be displayed as part of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration.
A major attraction of the exhibit is the Queen’s Silver Jubilee outfit. The iconic pink dress, coat and stole was designed by royal couturier Sir Hardy Amies in 1977.
The ensemble isn't complete without the Simone Mirman matching hat adorned with flower heads hanging from green, silk stems. Queen Elizabeth famously wore this outfit on 7 June 1977 at the Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 25th year of her reign.
